NEWLIFE Tungsten Balance Weights provide precise equilibrium solutions for rotating, oscillating, and vibration-sensitive systems. Utilizing high-density tungsten alloys produced through proprietary powder metallurgy (PM) and MIM technologies, these weights achieve exceptional density, mechanical stability, and dimensional accuracy, surpassing conventional steel, brass, or lead weights. The near-net-shape PM fabrication reduces machining requirements, material loss, and production costs, while delivering consistent performance across large-volume production.

Tungsten's high density (16–18.5 g/cm³) allows these balance weights to achieve the desired mass in a compact footprint, critical for applications in precision instruments, high-speed motors, optical systems, and aerospace components. The PM/MIM process ensures uniform microstructure, tight tolerances, and excellent surface finish, which are difficult to achieve with traditional casting or machining of tungsten alloys.
