Manufactured via advanced powder metallurgy (PM) techniques using proprietary iron-copper powders, these gears exhibit uniform density, superior wear resistance, and high fatigue strength. Traditional machined gears from solid metal blocks often face challenges such as uneven microstructure, high material waste, and extensive post-machining requirements.

NEWLIFE's PM/MIM process allows near-net-shape forming of complex gear geometries, reducing machining costs while ensuring repeatable mechanical performance.

 

The controlled sintering environment produces dense, high-strength gears with minimal porosity, enhancing load-bearing capacity, dimensional stability, and operational lifespan.
