Flow-Pro is our High Flowability MIM Feedstock, specifically engineered for intricate, micro-sized, or thin-walled applications.


This product leverages a specialized low-viscosity binder system combined with spherical, ultra-fine metal powders produced in our own facilities. The spherical morphology of NEWLIFE's powders acts like microscopic ball bearings, significantly reducing inter-particle friction during the injection phase. This results in a feedstock that flows effortlessly into the most complex mold cavities, ensuring complete filling of features as small as 0.2mm while minimizing internal stress and jetting lines.
